Maroa-Forsyth Trojans Hoping For Another Deep Playoff Run

width=It's as consistent as Thanksgiving or the Fourth of July, the Maroa-Forsyth football program is once again in the postseason.

Once again, under the guidance of Josh Jostes, the Trojans are back in the fold for playoff football and Jostes says the key to their program's success is the continued dedication by the student athletes and the coaches in their program.

In years past, Maroa-Forsyth has been a very healthy team, however, Coach Jostes indicates, this year, they've been hit by the injury bug which has been perhaps, their biggest challenge to date.

Maroa-Forsyth has been among four teams in the top 10 in the state rankings between Class 2A and 3A from the Okaw Valley Conference. In a three week stretch, the Trojans saw the three others, in Tolono Unity, Monticello and St. Joseph-Ogden. Coach Jostes indicates they took a lot away from that three week stretch.
