United Prairie L-L-C, which is the seed and fertilizer division of Top Flight Grain and Premier Cooperative, are in the midst of constructing a new sales and service office and warehouse in Emory, which is just south of Maroa just off of U-S Highway 51.
Tim Hughes is general manager of United Prairie, and tells Regional Radio News that
the new building will be a retail and supply business.

Hughes added the new building in Emory is an expansion for United Prairie, into Macon County and surrounding area.

Hughes says the new United Prairie building will involve both sales and warehouse space.

And, Hughes says the new United Prairie location will be adding staff.

It's expected that the new United Prairie building will be completed sometime in February.
