Trudy Sallie, 60, Decatur was issued citations for Failure to Wear a Seatbelt, Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident, and Driving Under the Influence.  Sallie was issued a Notice to Appear and Released.

Rachel Kemna, 35, Danville was Issued a Citation and was Arrested and Charged with Driving Under Influence of Alcohol. Kemna posted the necessary bond and was released.

Stephen Ludwig, 46, Normal Was issued Citations and Arrested for Driving Under Influence of Alcohol. Ludwig posted the necessary bond and was released.
