The Monticello Sages scored 20 unanswered points to open a blowout 87-42 win over Auburn in non-conference boys basketball action Tuesday night.
Zach Fisher led the Sages with 32 points on 12-18 shooting.
Luke Stokowski contributed 14 points and five boards off the bench.
Noah Freemon added 10 points, five rebounds and four assists as the Sages scored the most points in a contest since 2009’s Holiday Hoopla.
The Sages dominated the paint in this one with a 48-20 advantage and forced 29 turnovers leading to 36 points.
The Sages are off to a 3-0 start this season and are off until next Friday when they travel to Sullivan.
