Oklahoma moved up five places to No. 3 in this week's coaches' poll as Michigan State consolidated its lead and stayed at No. 1.

The Sooners are coming off of a big week, having defeated Villanova 78-55. The Wildcats fell all the way from No. 6 to No. 13 following the loss. However, they were not the biggest faller of the week. In fact, that honor was bestowed upon North Carolina, who dropped all the way to No. 11 after its final-second loss to Texas.

On the other side of things, the biggest riser was George Washington, who entered the rankings at No. 22 after being ranked No. 31 last week. Mike Lonergan's club is 9-1 right now with wins over Virginia, Seton Hall and Tennessee and only a five-point loss to No. 20 Cincinnati. South Carolina is the other team to enter the rankings this week, as Frank Martin's group is still undefeated at 8-0.

The two teams to fall out of the rankings were Oregon and Utah, each of whom lost on Saturday.
