A new Monmouth College (Illinois) poll shows Donald Trump is falling out of favor with ”Millennials”—those ages 18-to-24. The poll was conducted December 12th and 13th using a national random sample of 300 young adults.
The results show half the respondents say they have an unfavorable opinion of Trump and half oppose his policy to ban Muslim entry to the U.S.
In the college’s first poll of Millennials conducted in October, Bernie Sanders topped Hillary Clinton by roughly 14 points in the race for the Democratic nomination, leading 36 to 22.
Trump, who received just more than 15 percent of the Republican vote, topped Ben Carson and Jeb Bush, who both polled around 10 percent.
