The millions upon millions have been spent on the recent Illinois Primary.

As the Illinois House prepares to return to work, Minority Leader Jim Durkin is hopeful all sides can find common ground and finally hammer out a budget with a new fiscal year just three months away.

The House will reconvene on Monday.
