An investigator's review of sexual harassment claims against former Illinois Treasurer Dan Rutherford finds those claims from a former employee to be unfounded.

Rutherford hired Ron Braver and Associates to investigate claims of sexual harassment by former employee Edmund Michalowski.

In 2014, he filed a federal lawsuit claiming he was the victim of harassment and then missed out on promotions and raises because he rejected Rutherford's alleged advances.

The lawsuit led to Rutherford plunging in the polls in the Governor's race.
