Bikers of all skill sets are welcome this weekend to DeWitt County to help out a local organization.

Steve Lobb is the coordinator of Tour DeWitt and explains bikers of all skill sets are welcome to do one of their four routes this weekend. Lobb explains there are four routes for bikers of any level.

Lobb says the purpose of Tour DeWitt is two-fold. The ride is a fundraiser for the local Childrens Advocacy Center, but it also is a highlight of the sights of DeWitt County.

The benefactor of the funds raised from the Tour DeWitt ride is the CAC and Lobb explains that is an organization he has gotten involved with in the last five years.

The ride is this Saturday morning with registration opening at 6 am at the Clinton United Methodist Church, where each route will also end.

A pasta lunch will be available at the Methodist Church from 10:30 a.m to 1:00 p.m. Price is $7.00 and may be added to your registration or purchased at the door.
