During Tuesday's women's march on Springfield, Reverend Jesse Jackson tackled a number of issues during his time at the podium at the State Capitol steps.
On the biggest issue plaguing the state, the lack of a budget for two years, Jackson wants to bring the key players together.
Rauner was out of town during the rally. Senate President John Cullerton said the Governor needs to get off of the campaign trail and return to Springfield to get budget talks moving forward.
