House Speaker Paul Ryan says the Republican tax bill will lead to more jobs and higher wages. He argues that skeptical people will change their minds once they start seeing bigger paychecks.
The House is expected to approve the sweeping package of tax cuts and reforms this afternoon and the Senate will follow suit tonight.
