Some dryer and cooler days are on the way for much of Illinois later in the week. High temperatures in the 50s and 60s will be the rule, according to meteorologist Dan Hicks with Freese-Notis Weather.
Much of Illinois saw daytime highs in the 80’s on Monday and Tuesday of this week.
