If you haven't heard, two guys with a lot of money are running for Governor of Illinois. Gov. Bruce Rauner and Democratic candidate J.B. Pritzker have released some tax records ahead of next month's vote. Each reported income of roughly $55 million last year. Pritzker, who supports a graduated tax on wealthier Illinoisans, says he's paying more of his fair share than his opponent....

Rauner describes himself as a self made man from a middle class family and offered an unflattering take on his opponent's life.....

Rauner paid and his wife Diana paid $13.9 million in federal income taxes and $2.1 million in state income tax. Pritzker and his wife paid $17.3 million in federal taxes and about $2.4 million in state taxes..
