Haunted barns attracting Illinoisans too

You, your kids or grandkids have likely visited a haunted house. But how about a haunted barn? Dawn Napolitano and a cast of many host the Dale Street Haunted Barn in the Village of Somonauk in northeast Illinois;

Napolitano has opened her haunted barn for more than a decade. Her husband serves in the Army, so they, their neighbors and workers actually started to set up their haunted barn nearly a year ago;

While most public haunted houses have finished for the season, the Dale Street Haunted Barn that sits on the border of DeKalb and LaSalle County will be open from 7 to 9 on Halloween. Admission is $6-dollars. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Sarcoma Foundation of America.
