The Blue Ridge Knights made quick work of Bloomington Cornerstone Christian Academy Thursday afternoon in a 5-inning 16-0 route in non-conference boys baseball action.

Thomas Hardest led the Knights offense, finishing 3-for-4 with three RBIs. Alec Lyle and Drew Wells contributed two hits apiece, and Dylan Lytel drove in three. Lyle, Calvin Florey and Damien Cordes added a pair of RBIs.

Hardesty was the pitcher of record for Blue Ridge, going three shutout innings, allowing four hits on a walk with four strikeouts. Caleb Trotter and Lytel closed things out with a scoreless inning of relief apiece, each striking out two.

Blue Ridge is 10-6 overall and returns to action next week.
