The Monticello Sages fell to the Rantoul Eagles by a score of 49-45 on Friday night. The Sages were led by Calvin Fisher with 11 points. Luke Stokowski also chipped in with 11 points and 12 rebounds.

The Eagles were led by Martellian Gison with 19 points and Onycai Lawson added 14 points.

With the loss the Sages fall to 7-3 on the season and 0-1 in conference action. Rantoul improves to 9-5 overall and 1-0 in the conference.
