The Clinton Maroons dominated the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans in the Clinton New Year's Showdown with a final score of 74-56! Junior Dalton Smith led the Maroons with a total of 14 points. Smith was recognized as the Stephen York's Financial Player of the Game. Senior Kaleb Murphy-Leach also chipped in with a total of 13 points.

 

Sophomore Hayden Mitchell led the Trojans with a total of 13 points. Junior Daanish Mahmood also chipped in with his slam dunk, and 11 points.

 

With the win the Clinton Maroons improve to 6-6!
