Phoenix Open Starts Today

Tiger Woods has jetted over to Dubai. Rory McIlroy is still nursing an injury. Dustin Johnson and Jason Day are taking a breather after missing the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open last week. But Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas highlight a terrific field in one of the wildest weeks of the golf season at the Phoenix Open.

Jordan Spieth leads the field at 8-to-1 odds to win, followed by last year's Phoenix Open champion, Hideki Matsuyama, with 10-to-1 odds.

Thomas comes in with 11-to-1 odds this weekend while 2013 Phoenix Open winner, Phil Mickelson, begins the weekend with 25-to-1 odds and Bubba Watson enters with 28-to-1 odds.

Fan favorite Rickie Fowler starts with 33-to-1 odds.

It's the best friends show in Phoenix. Thomas clipped Spieth twice in Hawaii, and both of them took the last two weeks off.
