In a game heard on WHOW, the Clinton Maroons fell to the Taylorville Tornadoes by a score of 71- 57 on Monday night.
The Maroons were led by junior Austin Baker with 19 points. Senior Peyton McCubbin was named the Country Financial representative Maroons Player of the Game and chipped in with 14 points.
Taylorville was led by senior Logan Clayton with 25 points.
With the loss the Maroons' season ends 11-14. Taylor improves to 15-14 and advances in the regional.
