Zanna Myers scored 14 of her game high 24 points in the third quarter as the Monticello Lady Sages beat Warrensburg-Latham 47-25 in non-conference girls basketball action from Monticello High School on Thursday night.

 

Tatum McCall scored 10 of her 11 points in the first quarter.

 

Jensen Cearlock and Makenzie Yarloch each scored seven points to lead the Lady Cardinals.

 

Monticello improves to 7-0 overall and the Lady Cardinals drop to 3-7.

 

The Lady Sages take on Mattoon at Monticello High School Saturday afternoon and then are off until Holiday Hoopla action Dec. 28-30.

 

The next Lady Sages basketball broadcast is Friday, December 29 at 2 pm when the Lady Sages take on Ridgeview in day two action of the Holiday Hoopla.
