Braden Rutledge, 19, Stonford was issued Citations for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, Failure to Notify Police Authority of Accident and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident. Rutledge was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.
