Andrea Cozzi, 22, Palatine, was issued a Citation for Speeding (87mph in a 70mph Zone).  Cozzi was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Darren Russell Jr., 25, Peoria, was issued a Citation for Speeding (87mph in a 70mph Zone).  Russell Jr. was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Barbara Harp, 64, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (73mph in a 55mph Zone).  Harp was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Kiersten Phillips, 22, Springfield, was issued Citations for Possession of Cannabis; Not More Than 10 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Phillips was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Terry Jackson, 62, Lombard, was issued a Citation for Speeding (65mph in a 45mph Construction Zone).  Jackson was given a Notice to Appear and released.

June Hugh, 59, Cary, was issued a Citation for Speeding (64mph in a 45mph Construction Zone).  Hugh was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Fatmah Qattoum, 22, Decatur, was issued Citations for Speeding (90mph in a 65mph Zone) and Expired Registration.  Qattoum was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Derek Miller, 36, Farmer City, was issued a Citation for Speeding (74mph in a 55mph Zone).  Miller was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Peyton Wells, 25, Peoria, was issued a Citation for Speeding (82mph in a 55mph Zone).  Wells was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Kyle Powars, 24, Argenta, was issued a Citation for Speeding (74mph in a 55mph Zone).  Powars was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Jessica Patnode, 29, Anamosa, was issued Citations and arrested for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident, Driving Under the Influence, Improper Lane Usage and Endangering the Life or Health of a Child.  Patnode posted the necessary bond and was released.

Gabriel Masters, 24, Weldon, was issued Citations and arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Masters was released after booking and given a Notice to Appear.

Thomas Kelvin, 33, Normal, was issued a Citation and arrested for Driving While License Suspended.  Kelvin posted the necessary bond and was released.

Elizabeth Johnson, 36, Decatur, was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court.  Johnson was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Amanda Earles, 39, Bement, was arrested on a Piatt County Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court.  Earles posted the necessary bond and was released.

Patricia Mikesh, 32, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Mikesh posted the necessary bond and was released.

Desiree Bryant, 25, was arrested on a Champaign County Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court.  Bryant was released to the custody of Champaign County.

Timothy Morris, 56, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery/Physical Contact.  Morris was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Kalin Buhl, 25, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.  Buhl was released after booking with a Notice to Appear.

Kera Jones, 23, Mendota, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Jones was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Johnathan Burton, 31, Clinton, was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court.  Burton was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Amanda Baroud, 23, Prospect Heights, was issued a Citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Baroud was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Courtney Long, 28, Bloomington, was issued a Citation and arrested for Driving on a Suspended License.  Long was released after booking and given a Notice to Appear.

Nicholas Delby, 32, Clinton, was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant and charged with Petition to Revoke.  Delby posted the necessary bond and was released.

SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
