On 05/12/19 Clinton Police arrested Robert J. A. Garrett 34, Decatur for Driving while License Suspended, Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession Drug Paraphernalia and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Garrett was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW
