On 07/28/19 Clinton Police arrested Brett B. J. Rawlins 21, Lincoln for Driving While License Suspended and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Rawlins was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 07/28/19 Clinton Police arrested Melissa S. Welch 32, Clinton on a DeWitt County Warrant. Welch was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
