DeWitt County Sheriff’s Office Arrest and Citation Reports 11/1/19 to 11/8/19

Jack Wartman, 20, Saint Charles, was issued citations for Speeding (85 mph in a 55 mph zone). Wartman was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

 

Sandra McGehee, 40, Chillicothe, MO, was arrested, charged and issued a citation for Driving/Never Issued a License. McGehee posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Kristen Parker, 31, Clinton, was arrested, charged and issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended. Parker posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Kevin Barlow, 56, Clinton, was arrested, charged and issued a citation for Driving while License Suspended. Barlow posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Charles Mazander, 19, Maroa, was issued a citation for Leaving Scene Property Damage Crash, and Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident. Mazander was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

 

David Mathews, 53, Decatur, was arrested, charged and issued a citation for Diver’s License Expired more than one year and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Matthews posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Terrence Phillips, 32, Decatur, was arrested on warrants charging him with FTA/DL EXPIRED MORE THAN ONE YEAR; DL EXPIRED MORE THAN ONE YEAR and THEFT/DISP MERCH. Phillips posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Tyler Vidmar, 21, Clinton, was arrested on a warrant charging him with Contempt of Court. Vidmar, being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

 

Joel Dunham, 59, Clinton, was arrested and charged with DRVG Under Influ of Alcohol, Wrong Way on Divided Highway and Operate Uninsured MTR Vehicle. Dunham, posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Michael Griffin, 20, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone). Griffin was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

 

Samuel Perdue, 20, Wilmore, KY, was issued a citation for Speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone). Perdue was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

 

ALL SUBJECTS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW
