As heard on 95.9 FM WEZC and online at dewittdailynews.com; the Monticello Lady Sages held Urbana without a field goal in the first half and rolled to an easy 57-17 victory over the Lady Tigers Monday night in non-conference high school girl's basketball action from the Sievers Center at Monticello High School.

Rennie Fultz scored eight of her 19 points in the first quarter. Lizzie Stiverson scored all 14 of her points in the first half.

Lydia Burger scored all 10 of her points in the second half for Monticello. Hannah Swanson finished with eight points.

The Lady Sages improve to 5-1 overall while Urbana drops to 0-4. 

Monticello hosts Mt. Pulaski Thursday night. The next Lady Sages basketball broadcast will be next Thursday night when they host Mt. Zion.
