Abraham Lincoln's pedigree on a large, illustrated ancestry chart will be donated to the Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield.
The pedigree traces the 16th president's family back four generations.
The donation comes from FamilySearch. It is a nonprofit organization sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints which has been doing genealogical work for over 100 years.
FamilySearch chief genealogical officer David Rencher will make the presentation Tuesday in the Lincoln Presidential Library's Reading Room.
The pedigree will be on display weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Copies will be for sale in the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum Gift Shop.
