As the spring elections near, DeWitt County voters will have to wrap their minds around a difficult scenario as it relates to one of the local races.

Duane E. "Duey" Buchanan, 79, of Chesterfield, Mo., passed away Sunday (March 1, 2015) in Town and Country, Mo.
She was born Oct. 20, 1935, in Chicago. She was a resident of LeRoy, Bloomington and Normal from 1957 to 1984.
