Illinois is finding a way to put Asian Carp to good use. The fish is known for killing off other fish in Illinois bodies of water, but now it's headed to kitchen tables. The Department of Natural Resources will make the fish available to hungry families across the state. In fact, they're adding it to the "Target Hunger Now!" program which allows fisherman to donate the fish to food banks. The DNR is hosting a cooking demonstration in Chicago later this month to promote the fish as food.
