Governor Quinn says he's disappointed with Caterpillar's notion that Illinois has a bad business climate.  He says lawmakers have taken major steps to make things better for businesses.

Quinn says Caterpillar had a great year in Illinois last year, especially in the area of exports.  He says businesses are actually flocking to Illinois because of its friendly jobs climate, including Chrysler which is adding 18-hundred jobs in Belvidere.  Quinn admits there's still more work to be done to improve Illinois' fiscal situation and he says they're working hard to get it done.
