Governor Pat Quinn is again calling for state Representative Derrick Smith to resign.

Governor Pat Quinn says whehter Smith should be on the November ballot.

Smith was indicted yesterday on federal bribery charges.  He's accused of accepting seven-thousand dollars from a confidential informant last month.  Smith has declared his innocence but is being pressured by the state Democratic party to resign so they can pick a replacement.
