Illinois is on the heels of "Epic Week", according to Governor Pat Quinn who unveiled his plan to overhaul the state's pension and Medicaid systems last week.  Congressman Aaron Schock says Illinois is in epic trouble because of years of poor judgment.

Schock encourages Quinn for taking steps to fix the problems but says it's going to take much more to get the state on track.

Schock says the state's poor fiscal situation can't be blamed on the downturn of the economy or the income tax just dipping for a year.  He says the problems have been caused many years of mismanagement.
