>>Heat, Thunder Take 2-0 Leads

(Undated)  --  The Miami Heat, Oklahoma City Thunder and Indiana Pacers all notched Game Two wins in the NBA playoffs Monday night.  Dwyane Wade scored 25 points as the Heat downed the Knicks, 104-94.  Miami now holds a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven East quarterfinal series.  After the game, Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire had to be treated by paramedics for lacerations on his left hand.  The "New York Daily News" reports that Stoudemire punched a glass door that housed a fire extinguisher.  The severity of Stoudemire's injury is unknown.

Meanwhile, Russell Westbrook had 29 points as the Thunder held on for a 102-99 win over the Dallas Mavericks.  Oklahoma City holds a 2-0 lead in the West quarterfinal set.  In Indiana, the Pacers picked up a 93-78 win over the Orlando Magic.  That East series is now tied at a game apiece.  The playoffs continue with three games Tuesday night.

>>Bulls Host 76ers In Game Two

(Chicago, IL)  --  The Derrick Rose-less Chicago Bulls host the Philadelphia 76ers at the United Center this evening in Game Two of their Eastern Conference quarterfinal matchup.  The reigning league MVP Rose suffered a torn ACL in his left knee with just over a minute to play in Game One and is out for the rest of the playoffs.  The Bulls won Game One, 103-91, on Saturday to take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven set.  The series shifts to the Wells Fargo Center in Philly on Friday for Game Three.
