The top pick in last year's NBA Draft will reportedly be named the league's top rookie for this season.  According to ESPN, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving will win the Rookie of the Year award today.  Irving averaged 18.5 points, 5.4 assists and 3.7 rebounds in 51 games for the Cavs this season.  The 20-year-old played just 11 games in his only season at Duke before becoming the first-overall choice in the draft.
