Springfield's 'Whip Guy' Apple And Pork Performance Big Hit

The Sunday crowd of the Apple and Pork festival was treated to the special talents of a Springfield man and his family.

Chris Camp hails from the Springfield area and he and his family are North America's only family whip act. He says to pull of some of the things they do takes lots of hours of practice and lots of confidence.

The presentation the Camp pulled off mixed a little comedy, along with basic stunts to high difficulty stunts. He says when they pull those in attendance to be a part of their stunts, it is something they will remember for a long time.

Chris and his wife were contestants on the TV show "America's Got Talent". Camp explains they made it to the Las Vegas portion of the show and he says it was a very worth while experience, and while they did not win, they finished in the top 100 out of several thousand contestants.

Camp performed on Sunday only, however, his family is the owner of the Gandy Dancer train cars that were available both days of the festival.
