Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White is announcing that all offices and driver service facilities will be closed Tuesday for the New Year's Day holiday.

All driver services facilities will reopen for business on Jan. 2.

The secretary of state's website will still be accessible for people who want to change an address, register to become an organ and tissue donor or renew license-plate stickers by mail.
