A lawyer for Missouri head men's basketball coach Frank Haith is hitting back at a report suggesting he's facing NCAA discipline. Attorney Michael Buckner says whoever told CBSSports.com on Monday that Haith could be charged with unethical conduct and failure to promote an atmosphere of compliance at the University of Miami violated NCAA's confidentiality rules. The NCAA is looking into accusations by a Miami booster to Yahoo! Sports claiming some Hurricanes players and family members received improper benefits from members of Haith's staff. Buckner also says he hasn't heard any word from the NCAA on whether Haith is going to be disciplined.
