(Cleveland, OH) -- LeBron James is taking back the number 23 jersey he started his career with. James made the announcement on his Instagram account, saying it's only right he goes back to the number. LeBron wore the number 23 through high school and for his first seven seasons in Cleveland before leaving to sign with the Miami Heat. He wore the number six while leading the Heat to two championships in four years.

(Undated) -- The NBA season will open up with a rematch of sorts. "The Boston Globe" is reporting the Cavaliers will host the Spurs on TNT in the season opener. San Antonio beat the Heat led by LeBron James in the NBA Finals this past season, but James signed with Cleveland during the offseason. Last year, Miami hosted the Bulls to kick off the action.
