4-H Camp Registration Underway, Changes Introduced

 width=Registration for 4H Camp has begun and a couple changes have occurred for the process.

DeWitt County 4H participant have usually attended camp during a specific week in the summer. This year, the kids are able to attend camp any of the available weeks. Sherry Fulton, with the University of Illinois Extension, explains 4H members can sign up through February 28th. After that, anyone is able to register to attend camp.

Registration is done on a first come first serve basis. Fulton encourages 4H members to register as soon as possible. She adds the summer event is one of their most popular yearly activities.

Each week of camp runs for four nights according to Fulton. Kids will be able to participate in various recreational and artistic activities while interacting with many of their peers.
