Senator Chapin Rose says despite a clear message from the voters in November that they want change, the super-majority, that is the Illinois Democrats in the General Assembly, continue to spend money they don't have.

Sen. Rose says the problem with spending more than they have coming in will be there will be broken promises at some point. The Senator specifically points to college funds they are promising to pay for that could end up not happening.
