A focus on teachers will be a big aspect to the plan for Nettles. He wants to focus on professional development for their staff but also to focus on a positive and healthy environment.

Part of the plan will include what happens in the event the Clinton Nuclear Power Plant were to close down. Nettles hopes to put together what that would look like for Clinton Schools. He says the hope is the power plant can remain viable and an integral part of the community.
