Congressman Rodney Davis believes the nation's Capitol needs to be a more welcome place for families.

Davis, a Taylorville Republican, voted Friday for changes to the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, which call for family friendly changes like more changing stations.

Davis is a member of the Committee on House Administration.
