He’s now a Grandpa.
The Governor – Bruce Rauner and First Lady Diana announced on social media that they welcomed their first grandchild, a baby girl into the world.
A Rauner spokesperson declined to say which one of the family’s children had the little girl. Rauner seems to have been preparing to be there for the birth though.
His schedule hasn’t included any public events for a few days.
