The Big Ten has set game times for Illinois' early-season contests against Murray State and Western Michigan.

The Illini will host Murray State in the teams' season opener at 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 3. And Illinois' home game against Western Michigan on Sept. 17 will start at 3 p.m.

Both games will be broadcast on BTN.

The Murray State game will be the first for Illinois under new coach Lovie Smith.

Times now have been set for eight of Illinois' 12 games this fall.
