Kelly Jones’ 22 points was too much for the Clinton Lady Maroons basketball squad to overcome as Ridgeview rolled to a 58-41 win in Holiday Hoopla high school girls basketball action Thursday afternoon from Clinton High School. 

Emma Nunamaker added 13 points and Haleigh Beck scored 11 points for the Lady Mustangs who overcame a slow start and took a 41-28 lead into the final frame.

Mallory Cyrulik and Kaitlyn Rauch each scored 12 points to pace the Lady Maroons and Destiny Schlesinger scored 11 points, but Clinton got little production elsewhere in the lineup. 

The Lady Maroons will play two games tomorrow. The first will be against Paxton-Buckley-Loda starting at 10 am with a nightcap against Neoga at 7:30 pm.
