Late Flurry Sends Westville Past Blue Ridge in Boy's Baseball Action

Westville scored four runs in the sixth inning and rolled past Blue Ridge in boy’s baseball action Friday afternoon in Farmer City.

 

Landen Haurez finished 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and two runs scored to pace the Tigers. 

 

Bryce Burnett, hitting in the nine-spot for Westville, drove in two runs finishing 1-for-3. Drew Wichtowski and Ethan McMasters had RBIs for the Tigers who pumped out 10 hits. 

 

Cole Stephens for Blue Ridge finished 2-for-4 with two doubles. Kolby Kramer hit a double. 

 

The Knights drop to 1-5. They host Iroquois West Tuesday.
