The Maroa-Forsyth Lady Trojans used a balanced attack to roll Athens in two sets, 25-19 and 25-17, in Sangamo Conference high school girl's volleyball Tuesday from Maroa-Forsyth High School.
Peyton Torbert led the way for Maroa-Forsyth with nine kills. Addi Voorhees contributed eight kills. Megan Holub, Abi Tortocha, and Vorhees had three aces each.
Brynn Jostes had nine digs. Reya Corley, Holub, and Voorhees had five digs.
Tortocha recorded 12 assists while Corley had ten.
The Lady Trojans improve to 13-5 overall and 2-0 in Sangamo action. They travel to Auburn for another conference tilt Thursday night.
