A Clinton High School senior signed her national letter of intent for track and field next year but what was also a part of that commitment is an additional activity.

Alayna Earle will throw the shot put and discus at Monmouth College next year. She told Regional Radio she liked the feel Monmouth had.

Earle is also going to be in the marching band. She explains marching band is the most appealing opportunity she explored.

Earle says being a band drum major was her favorite band memory. As for her favorite memory of track, she says being at last year's state meet and hearing her name called.
