LeRoy football Coach BJ Zeleznik is hoping a good group of returning players this season will break the drought of three-straight fall football seasons without postseason action.

Coach Zeleznik says the fall of 2022 was a good learning experience for his football team.

This summer, the IHSA allowed for 11-on-11 competitions among programs and while reviews are mixed from small school coaches, Coach Zeleznik called it a game changer for his 1A program.

For Coach Zeleznkik and his Panthers football program, he hopes to have the kids back in the postseason and playing their best football at the end of the year.
