Brooks Cluver and Aiden Toohill paced the Clinton boy's golf team through a rainy start to a match with Sullivan and Decatur St. Teresa at Hickory Point in Forsyth Tuesday afternoon.

The Maroons topped Sullivan and St. T thanks to a 37 for the day's medalist, Brooks Cluver. Toohill shot a 42 and Ashton Douglas contributed a 47. 

Sullivan edged the girl's squad by four strokes. Sarah Mills led the way with a 46, second best for the afternoon. Carley Earle added a 55 for the Lady Maroons. 

Other scores for the Maroons - Ryan Pine shot a 48, good for fifth on the boy's side, Cole Fintress shot a 49 and Briley Carter carded a 50.

On the girl's side, Grace Gates and Leah Mills tied for tenth with 67s and Emma Sanders scored a 73. 

The teams play at home today at 4 pm.
